Dating and Relationship Development

How one makes an impression on others is profoundly affected by one’s own sense of who they are.  To impact positively on others, its crucial to be self-aware and to believe in one’s self.  It’s important that they gained satisfaction from their accomplishments, derived valuable insight from negative life experiences, feel positive about their future...in effect, conveying a sense of being “comfortable in their own shoes”.

Certainly not all individuals perceive themselves in this manner.  For many, life has been difficult, made daunting due to challenges and perceived “threats”.  When life has been experienced as overwhelming and unfulfilling because of limited opportunities or “failures”, it creates a negative self-image, erodes self-confidence and destroys initiative and motivation.  Importantly, at the same time it robs the individual of the ability to make a positive impression on others, whether dating or professionally.

Having a personal relationship with a “special person” is a particularly fulfilling dimension of life.  At the same time, initially developing and then sustaining such a relationship can be a bewildering, daunting, and emotionally overwhelming experience.  The prospect for such a special relationship hinges on how one projects one’s self…how you communicate and behave.  It can also realistically be suggested that what is most often valued by others in considering a relationship includes a perception of sincerity, dependability, stability, responsibility, caring, and potential.  To develop those attributes, one must possess self-confidence without pretense or self-righteousness.

LifePath coaching focuses on developing self-confidence.  It identifies and strengthens those personality dimensions that once projected, enhances one’s attractiveness to others.  With greater self-confidence comes the increased likelihood of comfortably meeting new people and gaining valued relationships. For those who are shy, uncertain and/or who haven’t yet experienced a fulfilling relationship, coaching can be the means to overcome self-doubt or concern.  With a greater sense of self-appreciation comes the willingness to take the “calculated risk” that always precedes a new experience.  Your LifePath coaching is specifically tailored to set you forward on a new, more enjoyable and fulfilling new life path!
