A New Year; A New Life

The beginning of the new year offers an opportunity to reflect on one's life… .personal relationships, career, family, health and all the other factors that bear on whether one feels their life is what they want it to be.  Those reflections may prompt satisfaction, comfort and fulfillment, or result in anguish, disappointment, bitterness, frustration and resignation.

What becomes important going into 2026 is developing and nourishing a sense of belief in yourself.  Take stock of your abilities, strengths, accomplishments and your progress toward your personal and professional goals.  Next, evaluate what factors may have deterred you from either establishing or accomplishing those goals. In making that evaluation be careful not to jump to conclusions…the inability to set or achieve goals may well be associated with a multitude of factors.  The issue is to determine if your goals were achievable in the first place and then did you take the best course in addressing them.

Working with a life coach offers valuable insight into how to move your life forward in a way that proves satisfying, enjoyable and rewarding.  LifePath coaching allows for sharing what you value, your desires and ambitions, the accomplishments and the unfulfilled, the gains and losses.  Through supportive discussion, coaching tackles the doubt, fear and anxiety that can inhibit personal and professional growth. At the same time, coaching builds the increased self-confidence necessary to take the risks that can lead to a successful life.
